How to meditate on Archangels?

From the beginning of times, many researchers and spiritual teachers have taught and share the benefit of prayer, meditation. Meditation will help you to achieve mindfulness and to calm our mind, with lots of clutter going on within our brain. It also helps to invoke positive and pure energy to come down into our body, life and around our surrounding.

There are so many moments when we can meditate and invoke pure energy in our daily life like while eating, after waking up, before going to bed, before travelling etc. We invoke our higher self to take their blessings during special occasions like birthdays, wedding, anniversary, to ask for a guidance before starting anything new in life( eg:- work, studies).

Invoke positive energy prior to spiritual practice like meditation, yoga, before worshipping. Invoking our higher self before performing spiritual practice helps to uplift the positive vibration around us, purify the environment and will strengthen your spiritual practice.

NOW LET’S MOVE TOWARDS HOW WE INVOKE AND MEDITATE UPON ARCHANGELS

There is no special sets of rules for meditating and invoking. The archangels are always there standing by your side ready to help you in whatever the way they can. The only thing that we need is remember them with pure heart and ask for their help.

HERE ARE THE BASIC RULES THAT I PERSONALLY FOLLOW

1.Take shower, Set up a pious place, if possible always use the same place so that, we can charge that place with positive energy with regular practice.

2.If you like this is the good time to light the scented candles, incense, use crystals if you have any. Make sure you are fully prepared before starting or else you will remember in the middle of the meditation and won’t be able to concentrate properly.

3.After you have done with your preparation, sit down comfortably either on chair or mat, with eyes closed. I prefer to sit on the mat in lotus position. Take a few deep breathe slowly inhale and exhale. Imagine the positive white light going inside and filling up your body with every inhale and imagine the black smoke going out of your body with every exhale.

4.After you start feeling relax then call upon the archangels. You can call all the seven archangels at the same time or one at a time or just one archangels which you prefer during that moment. Say the prayer out loud if possible. The prayer or invocation carries more power when you say them loud. But if you are not in the position to say it loudly then say it in your mind silently. As I have already mentioned archangels are always there to help us, all we need is remember them with sincerity from our heart.

At first instance you may not feel the presence of archangels right away but with regular practice you will start to feel. All you need is patience. Try and set your intention upon your archangels, don’t try to figure out HOW the angels will help because archangels will help us in many different ways, your work is to open your arms and be in the receiving mode and see the magic in your life.

In case if you see the flashes of light with your closed eyes, then you know for sure archangels has arrived.

If you wish to continue then reach out to him and explain the purpose of your meditation or invocation. If not say thank you to the angels for their presence and slowly come out of your meditation.

5.After the meditation always remember to drink a class of water because it will help to make you grounded from higher vibration or you may spend sometimes in nature.

If possible I suggest you to make a notes on your experiences so that next time it will be easy for you to understand the feelings of their presence.
