The psychotherapist, Freud, suggested that certain words have the power to reach into, and alter, our subconscious and these word are what we called as switch words. The idea of switch word was introduced by the businessman, James T. Mangan, in his book, “The Secret of Perfect Living”,
So what is switch words? Switch words are just a simple everyday word, which is used to connect directly to the sub-conscious mind. No one knows how it works but it is connected to the vibrational frequency of the words. Switch words are always in the capital letter, which help them differentiate from normal text.
Who can use switch words
Anyone can learn and use switch words, there is no harm in using it so feel free to use them to improve any situation, it will help you to boost your creativity, help you to find lost objects, to improve your wealth, to attract others to you, and increase your confidence. The list is long there’s no end to their usefulness.
How to use switch words
Repetition is the key to switch words. The more you use it, the more it affect your energy.
In the morning as soon as you wake up , chant switch word 3-4 minutes. This will help you to stay free of negative words for next 3-4 hours. Then whenever you feel that you are thinking negative chant for 3-4 minutes. Do this continuously for 3 weeks to make it a habit. It will help you to create permanent positive thought pattern.
You can chant switch words out loud, whisper, write them in a journal, write it in your hand to remind yourself, there is no hard and fast rules. But it is more effective if you can write them in a journal.
